Bio

Fredrik Wollsén is an Agentic Software/Growth Engineer — 22 years as a professional software engineer, the last decade uncovering how AI can be genuinely useful, personally and professionally. By profession an “Agent Herder,” he orchestrates 10–15 parallel Claude Code sessions every day through cctabs, a CLI he built for the job. Founder of Remember This — a local-first capture layer that turns photos, voice memos and daily artifacts into markdown AI can reason over — and of My Transcriber, a free local transcription app — and of Clerk.AI, the bookkeeping‑prep app he built for his own company’s monthly close. Today he’s AI Engineer Principal Tech Lead at a European cybersecurity company, leading a 4‑engineer team that’s been operating AI‑native since August 2025 — exploring which bottlenecks matter when developer speed no longer does. Previously Claude Code Coach at DNV Cyber (2024–April 2026), and before that Mozilla Research (web measurement).
